App vs. browser: which is better for densus
The densus app (Android APK or web app) offers offline caching, meaning you can view your account balance, recent wagers, and game rules even without internet connection. The app also sends push notifications when a Liga 1 match you wagered on is about to start, or when your withdrawal is approved. Browser access (Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android) does not cache data offline and does not send notifications, but it requires no installation and works on any device. Both paths use the same encryption and security features. Choose the app if you want speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer simplicity and no installation.
Device compatibility for densus
Our densus app runs on Android 7.0 and later (released in 2016). Most Android phones sold in the last seven years meet this requirement. For iOS, densus works on iOS 12.0 and later (released in 2018). If your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 12 or newer, you can access densus in Safari without any installation. If your device is older than these versions, you can still access densus through a web browser, though performance may be slower. We recommend updating your device to the latest available operating system for the best experience on densus.
Common installation issues on densus
If you download the densus APK on Android and see a warning "Unknown sources", this is normal. Android requires you to allow installation from sources outside the Google Play Store. Go to your phone's Settings → Security → Unknown sources and enable it. Then retry the installation. If you see a certificate warning, this means your phone's date and time are incorrect. Check your phone's date and time settings and correct them if needed. If the densus app crashes after installation, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → densus → Storage → Clear cache) and restart the app. If you still experience issues, contact our densus support team via the help centre in your account.
Data, permissions, and account security on densus
The densus app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo verification), microphone (for live-dealer video chat), and location (to confirm you are in a supported jurisdiction). These permissions are optional; you can deny them and still use most densus features. However, you will not be able to complete KYC verification without camera access, and you will not be able to use live-dealer chat without microphone access. All data transmitted between your phone and our densus servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Your password is never stored on your device; only a session token is saved, and it expires when you log out. If you lose your phone, log out of densus immediately via the web version (densus.app) or contact our support team to disable your session. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your densus account for extra security.
